I went in and dealt with Bernadette. She was so nice, easy to talk to, and incredibly efficient. She got everything I needed together so fast. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here!

I felt that they were stuck up and snotty, to me. Very rude and disrespectful. Please...as an honest opinion, show a little more common courtesy. Thank you for reading my opinion.

Tuesday, July 11, around 3:30-4:00 p.m. Ira Needles and Erb Street Branch. I visited the branch because my newly issued debit card was not working. I explained my problem to the staff person who proceded to detail to me all the reasons this could have happened. This included telling me that my new card wouldn't work until the old card expired at the end of the month. Nonsense!! There were more explanations etc. I left with a card that was supposed to work and it did not. I had to go back. More excuses until finally I said, I don't believe a single word you are saying. I don't care why. I just need a card that works!" Please do a better job on training your staff on services offered and proper customer service protocols. Everything would have been so much better if she had just started with
