Called them to get a quote the receptionist said they are busy & will call backThat was 2 months ago.They didn’t follow up with it

I live next door to where Kentucky Blue Grass was doing a job. The supervisor; who I now find out is the owner of the business arrived to site. He immediately took a sign off of the neighbours yard and put it on my landscaping rocks . Clearly he is aware that I have a very very poor relationship with this neighbour and had been coached. I have security cameras and caught him in the act . I have contacted the company twice now to have him explain and apologize for his bad behavior and even worse modelling for his staff. The woman who answered when I called denied that it even happened . Care should be taken to not affect anyone other than who they are working for. I feel that he has been very unethical ,unprofessional and unresponsive to the complaint and rectification.Be a better business owner!!!

We used Kentucky for final grade and landscaping our yard, and they were amazing! They were very timely and professional and our yard looks amazing!! It’s great quality work. Would recommend them for any of their services! A family run business who cares!

Great experience with Kentucky dropping super-tall trees at my cabin. The trees were very close to structures, fences and power lines. Very professional and great work! I would totally recommend this company and will use them again!

I’m 30 years old and I have worked in a couple different industrys (oilfield and mechanics) and this is a Great company to work for.i am currently a crew lead for a grass crew and there is a Very positive and high energy work environment. All the sunshine and fresh air you can want. And the management team are friendly and treat everyone great. We get there in the mornings and there’s donuts and coffee for everyone, they do a huge pancake breakfast and a awesome end of season dinner. They take very good care of there employees. Will definitely be back for many seasons.

Andrew and his team renovated my front yard. They installed new paving stones which added width to my driveway, and overhauled the rest of the yard with new rocks. The end result is very beautiful!! Very professional team. I would use Kentucky's service again and again!!

These people are true professionals. Sydney and Ryan did an amazing job at pruning our mature Oak and Ash trees. We were extremely impressed with their attitudes and quality of work. Denise was a pleasure to deal with and she made multiple trips out to our property due to some changes we had in the work scope and accessibility. Excellent service and quality of work!!
