Bow River Jiu-Jitsu
Excellent small club with quality instruction and friendly, respectful training partners. This is a great place to learn bjj. The head instructor likes to focus on certain positions and skills for several weeks at a time, so learning is deep and interesting rather than just bouncing around from move to move.Highly recommend it.
