The staff here are super helpful and very kind. There's a really good selection of specialty foods here and the store is kept neat and tidy. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for and they even began to carry the litter that I would normally have to drive to Ottawa to pick up!

I want to thank the manager and staff at Pet Valu for always making me smile. As soon as you enter to store, someone greets you with a friendly hello. Service and selection is always great. Other retails outlets should take a lesson from the manager on how customers should be treated. Really enjoy shopping here.

Staff are kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on both preferred items. Option to pre-order. I'll be back.

Staff here are always pleasant and helpful. One of the smaller stores however they have a self grooming station.Selection of products and availability is usually good.

Such lovely and helpful staff! I was in picking out a christmas gift for our pups and while I was there I must have been asked by every single staff in the store if I needed help finding anything, even as the store started to get busy. Decided to bring my dog in to use the self serve bath which I also highly recommend! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the self-serve bath is just amazing with complementary shampoo, towels, and blow dryer. Will definitely be back again!

While I've not explored the whole store in depth, it's easy for me to see they've a great varied selection of pet items and food. Been shopping here exclusively for my cats food for 6 years

Sadly I was treated rather harshly by an employee while bringing my dog for a bath.She asked me almost right away if he had been sprayed by a skunk I let her know he had a small one three weeks ago but it was 99% of the way gone. She rather rudely informed me that when he is wet he will smell up the entire store and the staff will have to deal with it all day. I told her I understood but that would not be the case. I am a veterinary technician and understand well what happens when they get wet but my dog was at the point that when wet you could only smell it if you buried your face in his neck. I knew for a fact he wouldn’t smell the entire store or else I would not have brought him there. I tried to explain this but she again rather harshly said if I began the bath she would have to kick me out of the store and I would have to take home a wet dog.I fully understand her concerns and was okay with leaving but I left rather upset and just wish that she could have handled the situation better and had kinder communication with me.

Staff working here are always friendly and helpful.Dog wash station is a godsend. Ontop of providing the usual, ie towels and soap there's treats there too... you know to keep your pooch attentive during the bathing fiasco.
