Bought a pre-owned 2003 Honda Civic with 60k millage for $7600 per their ad on Craiglist. I am happy with the deal as it is hard to find a low millage car with a low price. And the car looks pretty new and reliable. In addition, the manager and the staff are very friendly. Thank you I found a replacement car in a short time.

Wanted to get photos of the car with damage prior to icbc repair and I was told I would only be able to get photos if I came to the shop, I would have been allot more convenient before making an hour and a half drive to come see the car. Then upon asking if that would be possible I never received any more replies from auto villa…Not good communication.(Reply to Auto Villa comment)I understand where your coming from but a reply stating what you just did in your comment would have been professional (allot better than no reply at all) and I probably would have made the drive to the dealership.Don’t leave your customers hanging.. sorry you lost my business.

This is a very pleasant transaction. It’s the first time I bought a car in Vancouver, and it’s also the first time I bought a second-hand car. I decided to buy it after seeing it in AUTO VILLA. Although it was a car with some minor accidents, after maintenance, the driving experience and appearance are equally excellent. The price is indeed very attractive in the market too. I was interested in a car with Rebuilt" status but they refused to send CARFAX. They claimed that if I didn't go to their lot without seeing the CARFAX then I wasn't serious. Clearly it's a manipulative tactic to get people onto their lot by withholding information."

Bought our second rebuilt vehicle from Auto Villa last week after many years of good use from our first vehicle. John is very straight forward and able to provide all of the information regarding the damage and repairs. It can sometimes feel like a gamble buying a rebuilt vehicle, but having all the photos and mechanical records really gave us peace of mind. The 2014 Corolla we bought drives well and looks to be in great condition.Auto Villa is a trustworthy dealership in my experience that I would recommend to my family & friends.

We bought our car from auto villa a year ago and we are really happy with it. We originally picked a different car and made a deposit and they actually let us put the deposit towards another car when we changed our minds. Claudio was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Most of their vehicles are rebuilds but they are very upfront of about that and provide you with all the details of the vehicles prior to purchasing.

BUYER BEWAREThe front bumper was not painted correctly. We looked at and bought a 2015 Acura RDX when it was not very sunny, and the paint looked fine.However, after about a month, looking at it in direct sunlight, the paint is VERY different as seen in the picture.I have bought alot of rebuilt vehicles, and know that rebuilt vehicles are usually an ok buy, and aren't as tricky as they used to be.However, this shop is being deceptive with its repair. It simply takes a little bit more time and costs a little more to paint body panels to match perfectly. They are choosing to not make that effort and decieve customers just to make a few hundred more dollars.The sales staff was very nice and had good service. I don't think they are aware of this deception. But this is unacceptable.

I purchased a vehicle for a great price considering the low mileage on the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them!
