i have noticed a lot more glitches and freezing of screens, errors, not connecting to server. For a web site as big as it is in Quebec and the amount of money they bring in, you would think they would upgrade their site,, out dated . Alot of glitches and screens skip. Says money available and it ain't. Very disappointing. They do not offer good promos like other casinos.

Wow have been playing on this site for 2 years now in the matter of 2 weeks was robbed of not 1 but 3 bonuses on Ruby Slipper got the bonus round and the screen freezers and when it does work I lost my bonus round and what I should have won. In a matter of a week their system crashed twice and it stole my money. I contacted the customer support to resolve the issue, they said I would be contacted again with a resolution never got any call back and never got my money back. It is pure scam avoid by any cost.
