Love me some Pizza Hut. Even when the pizzas don't look to be the most appetizing, they still taste wonderful. Except for the brownies, those were absolutely horrible.

Terrible. Entered the store to see several staff pretending to clean, ignoring me at the front counter. They continued to laugh and joke and Snapchat their antics. Until apparently the night manager served me 15 minutes later. Worst customer service experience. Definitely not coming back also none of them were wearing masks.

(Its been a year since i origionally wrote this post, its now September 3rd 2022, @7:43pm. I ordered Pizza Hut from Red River Rd. It was so undercooked its basically mush. Nothing has changed)I love Pizza hut pizza, however this location severely undercooks their pizza. This pizza is far too expensive for such an oversight... Avoid! This is not the first time it happened.

We just ordered through Skip and they said it was delivered and it never arrived. Courier doubled down and said that it was delivered. It was never delivered - we have a door bell camera no one ever came to our door. They lied. Very annoyed and hungry. We’ll someone got our food.

It's so hit or miss here. The last time I had a pretty screwed up order and poorly made pizza and the manager contacted me about it via email and said that I would get credited for my order and to eat there again soon. Only a few weeks later I tried to claim my credit and there was none. I emailed back regarding what happened and was ignored. Far better deals elsewhere nearby.

Went to pick up a pizza, the manager was really friendly and it was a nice experience. When I went to leave, I realized that my truck battery was dead which was not a nice feeling at all... however, a Pizza Hut employee who was just arriving for his shift offered me a boost, which really saved my day, I even made it home before my pizza got cold! Really appreciated the great service I received and I'll definitely be back!

They’ve never let me down in the pizza department. My poor late night decisions always arrive at my door quickly.I’m in trouble now that they have pints of ice cream to go with their pizza.
