Totally ripped off for a simple repair on my electric bike, overcharged both for the service and for the parts. Learned how to do it myself, and buy my parts from new star.$40 for a $18 tube? Charging me two hours of service to replace a tube. Being so inept as to LEAVE THE SHARD OF METAL THAT CAUSED THE FLAT IN THE TIRE WHEN THEY CHANGED THE TUBE SO IT POPPED AGAIN ON MY WAY HOME. I can't stress enough that these folks don't seem to know what they are doing.

Repair was inneffective on my laptop. Didn't even consider updating my computer (which there were a total of 3 updates missing) nor did they do a basic function test. The person currently running the shop uses fast speech and interrupts you as an intimidation tactic, which is part of the reason (plus my lack of knowledge in computers) I paid for their service on impulse.
