Lady was in back and we had to go find her. Didn’t bother me, but it might bother others. Super helpful, showed us how to put the swing lids on (i would not have thought to ask). Bought 12 bottles and lids for brewing kombucha from home. Easy to handle bottles!

Did not have as many bottles as they said they had, the bottles were the wrong ones and they came in a garbage bag. The bottles that were sold to me were USED and still DIRTY. ABSOLUTELY NOT trustworthy, especially considering we are in a PANDEMIC. I will be reporting this establishment to Health Canada.

Great place for supplies. They have everything you need to keep you brewing from rootbeer extract to grains to co2, and have even ordered in special items for me if needed. prices are reasonable and the owner is awesome. As a hobby brewer I absoloutley recommend stopping in.
