MOSAIC IELTS TEST CENTRE- Vancouver (Commercial Drive)

The staff at this testing center was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, making it a great place to take your IELTS. Hopefully I won't have to but If I don't do well on my test I'll definitely want to come back here to retake it.

This has been a lovely experience here at Mosiac on Commercial. Staffs are very pleasant and friendly. The lady who assisted me, Nilab has been super helpful and kind. She would go above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. She also has a wonderful smile. And while you are about to take an open exam, that really helps. The location is convenient, Mcdonalds is just across the street and there are restaurants and bus stops so close to it. The centre itself is clean and neat.

Gave my IELTS test here.Staff are great, really helpful and understanding.Just the room temperature was kept a bit too cold and as you can’t use washrooms during almost 3 hours of test, it would be advisable to have a look at this matter for the future test givers.Thanks team.

Staff are incredibly friendly, made the test absolutely stress free. I got in very early and the staffs are already there for preparation, true professionalism!

I think it went well. All the staff were kind and the facilities comfortable. I love that we are able to do the exam using computers now. Lastly, the speaking examinator was super nice to talk to, I hope I get good marks!!

I have taken IELTs test twice at this place. The first time, it wasn't that good. The room I took the test it was so cold so I couldn't concentrate and during the reading test, I was the only one who was taking the test. one of staff, she kept typing using her computer keyboard. The sound was so annoying.Before I took the second, I wanted to take a test before listening. But they wanted me to change the speaking time which was fine. I said I didn't want to take a speaking test right away. And I was the first one right after writing test. And it was kind of hard to listen to the tester because of a glass shield. After I have applied for EOR, it was the worst. I have waited for almost 2months. When I checked the process, they said there was a problem on the system. I don't know what kind of error it is. But they should have told me if it takes so long like this and there is an error. Generally, the staff are nice but the service was too poor for the time and money. I think they need to focus more on improving the service.

The staff were very nice & kind. Makes you feel at ease and less nervous about the exam. They were very organized and efficient as well. The speaking examiner was very kind and encouraging too. Thank you!

I recently took the IELTS test at Mosaic test centre and had the pleasure of being supervised by an outstanding invigilator Shoeb Ahmed." Their professionalism and care were obvious from the time I walked into the testing facility.The invigilator produced a calm and organised setting

The staff was nice. The estructure of the place was ok as well. Computer and everything working well. BUT, when I was in the bus on my way to the test centre I received a call from them at 9:16am exactly asking if I was arriving because they were going to start the test. In my email and on IELTS website was saying that the registration time was at 9:30am and that the test would start at 10am. So I was calm because I was on time, but with this call I got anxious and nervous. It looks like I was the only one that had not arrived yet and they wanted to start the test earlier. But this is not right. If it says that the test will start at 10am they should wait at least till 5 minutes before that to call someone and put them in a rush. This can cause stress in the person as it did with me and could impact in the performance while doing the test. It’s ok to start earlier if everybody is there, but never call someone as if they were late, when they are actually not!

All exams went smoothly and on time. The instructors were very organized. However, I felt that they could be a bit more friendly as the exam is very stressful by itself.
