This place is decent, but not the best. They take good care, but if your parent has poa of their own then they don't always remember that. Keep that in mind here

My mother attends this facility. If you have any disagreements or problems with any other PEEL ORGANIZATION OR THE CCAC do not attend here. They all speak to each other and do not value any privacy. The new manager even contacted my attorney for information on me. I see other ratings on here with not valuing your POA. They are far more concerned about legal issues then the well being or stability of your loved one.

I called today and asked job opportunity. I applied job many times @ peel region. But no ones call me. I called peel manor and the receptionist said “ other candidates may have better qualifications than you, that’s why they did not call you!” She said. Who ever talk I don’t know ... the person better learn how to talk. It was hurting me because I study hard becoming a PSW.... I done many volunteering and I had a really good experience in this position. ‘Receptionist shame on you ‘Thank you

My wife Donna has now been in Peel Manor for 3 months. This place is very friendly, kept immaculately, the staff are alert and attentive. Our meeting with Dr. Earl and staff boosted our confidence that Donna is receiving the best of care.

The staff made all the difference in my Mother’s care. They were helpful, caring and adaptable to her needs. They fully supported her until the end and our family throughout her final journey. I could not have asked for more and appreciate everyone at Peel Manor.
