Do not go here. Broken promises with no apologies. Disgusting service after you have paid for the order.I ordered flasks for my groomsmen. Asked if it could be done before a certain date and was promised that it would be done.It was not done. Called on the day I needed it, didn't get anything even remotely close to an apology, just a Oh I can have it done before noon tomorrow." I could not pick it up in that case. Luckily we were able to arrange a bridesmaid to pick it up. Bridesmaid calls and let's us know that the order was even done until 330pm. Another promise completely broken.Never again. Do not make promises you can't keep.Edit: got my order and the ingraving on my grooms flask is butchered. Date was engraved twice by accident an appears as a half blurry mess"

Such a cute little shop with unique and personalized gift options. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable - we had a custom mug made for my mother-in-law, which was absolutely perfect. The staff even went above and beyond to ensure they had it finished very quickly as we were in a time crunch. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for home decor or custom gifts :)

I went into the store to get two flask engraved, they wanted to charge me 30 $ each to put 12 letters on each flask. I was looking at 60 plus tax. This price is way out to lunch and not honest at all!!!!!!!!!. I found another company called mt bags who did both flask and all the letters (24) for 16.58$ total!!! This company doesn't have much competition so they like to over charge things!!!
