ALEX front desk person , he's always sitting over there but never helps any customers he doesn't come with you to see any item if we want to buy, he's totally non-cooperative. This is an organization store but he behaves he owns the store. He has bad attitude thought we have donated lots of stuff & frequent buyer. Because of him we have stopped shopping at this place.

I can't believe it took me this long to go into this store, knowing of it for years. There is furniture (mostly all second hand but some new) of all kinds for the house of office, fixings, doors, windows, paint, tiles, lighting, ETCETERA for only a 10th of the original price!To find reasonably priced furniture in Toronto is hard.They don't deliver but have plenty of parking space to load up your car.This store in particular is huge so has more items.And proceeds go to a very important cause: to house families ❤

I wouldn't go here. Overpriced everything and hardly any selection. Yeah, they have a dozen bathroom sinks to choose from, but there are four that are exactly the same and the rest are sinks nobody wants. The selection of doors is huge, though. Almost no windows at all and all were old and you wouldn't want to use them.

The 2 guys who work/ volunteer there are very crabby, I wanted a couple of items, informed one of them and was told very rudely you have to pay for them first" not even knowing what 2 items I wanted and rushed away. Needless to say I walked out of there with no purchases. Bad experience all the way around."

The day before they closed due to covid, I saw a dishwasher I wanted. I came back the next morning with a truck, but the store was closed. I left a message on their answering machine to let me know when they opened, to call me, I would definately take it. When the website said they were doing curbside pick up, I left another message. Finally, I happened to be driving by and saw some activity. I went in and found they had sold the dishwasher. Said tough luck, it's first come, first served. I asked why they never called. Excuse was we were closed
