don’t know how to talk to customers

I went to Florence designs twice and I had a poor experience both times. The first time we went the lady body shamed my family members for being bigger women. The second time we went, we stood there for 40 min waiting without being acknowledged. She was helping someone right beside us and did not acknowledge us once. We understand that there was someone who was there before us and we were willing to wait, but the lady did not say Hi or let us know a time frame. She basically ignored us the entire time and acted as if we weren’t there. We left and never going back. The customer service here is horrible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Florance was so arrogant and mean. She kept telling me how I should do the blouse and when I suggest what made me comfortable, she just closed her book and said I will not help you anymore, you decide everything. She then went on to talk about how bad the quality of my Saree was and cheap. This was my wedding Saree that she was bashing. Even if the Saree was twenty dollars, you don't say that stuff to people and make them feel bad/poor. Plus, The Saree was very good quality. She also kept saying negative things about the other stitching ladies in the industry and how her work was loads better, hence her crazy, ridiculous pricing. I didn't need this kind of negativity during my bridal experience, so I walked out. I never will come back or recommend this lady to anyone.

Florance is the most talented blouse designer I have ever met. Never looking back!
