Qualicum Towing

This company has been a local gem for many years and unfortunately someone else claimed their google page and has been taking advantage of people. It’s sad to see bad reviews being made against a good professional and fair company.

Prompt. Some mixup with another similar named tow co who was not so customer service as Qualicum Towing. Shorter name = short and sweet service. Ask for Trent. Super skilled at manœuvring my trailer in difficult treed spot. Thank you for making my life easier. U hv no idea how hard it is physically restricted i am.

Quick and friendly service.

I had the worst experience with this company I’m definitely not recommending anybody to try them..when the guy name Isaac called me back in the last minute ! after I finished dealing with them two days ago, he told me that they need additional charge for 2000 bucks over the actual Price that we agreed, which was 475$ !!!I thought that was a joke for a little while ..I spent half an hour trying to understand and explain to him that what they doing is wrong and unethical , but none of that makes sense for some reason !!I try to get a hold with the manager and they told me he is gonna call you back and they’re going to issue a refund which is going to be held for another 3 to 4 business days before I have it in my account and pay someone else to bring the vehicle !!And of course I never get a callback from the manager..I wish there was a serious law for the customer right, they would never be exist !

Great service and fair price

I had a flat tire between Comox & Nanaimo & was alone with my 3 year old. Tyler showed up in about 15 min & was amazing! He went above & beyond to help me get my car to a repair place even though everything was closed & to get my little one & I home safe. It was a bit of a complicated situation & a hard repair. He thought outside the box to find solutions & went above & beyond to help us & make us feel safe. I would highly recommend him!!
