Golf Town

Walked into the golf town looking at 3 woods. Zach approached us with professionalism and honesty I have not encountered at any other golf town. He was genuinely interested in finding the right fit. Zach provided excellent service, and Mike put the finishing touches on the club (upgraded grip, shaft, etc) on the spot. Excellent service.

I worked with the manager Mike to do a putter fitting, check the loft/lie of my current putter, and get the length adjusted. I didn’t even realize the ball was hopping off the face until I felt what a fitted putter could roll like! If you struggle with consistent distance putting coming in for a fitting is sure to shave a few strokes. Thanks again guys!

I am a female golfer and recently went to this Golf Town with the intention of purchasing custom clubs. After quite some time of waiting to be helped by an associate, I was assisted by an older man. I told the employee I was in the market for custom clubs and he proceeded to show me a low-end packaged set of clubs. I repeatedly made it known I was interested in custom clubs but was met with pre-judgment surrounding my ability as a golfer and ability to purchase the custom clubs. He continued to offer me low-end packaged sets and did not even offer me the chance to book an appointment to receive a custom club fitting. He also mentioned the women’s clubs he was showing had a “more forgiving sweet spot” assuming my lack of golf abilities. This employee has no right to dictate the quality of clubs I can afford or deserve. The whole experience was off-putting and I will not be returning to this location.

Very helpful people in this store and good employees work in this place and very clean place.

The manager is extreamly rude I feel like he was judging me and a friend from the moment I walked In ? I walked up the the club counter the guy stared at me with my iron set in my hands and shook his head and walked away, so I waited patiently for someone to return he comes back up to the counter 5 minutes or so later (seems like he's worked up) and I just asked about getting some new grips and he said we can't help you unless you want us to have your clubs for at least a week

Don’t get your fitting here, the fitter is not very nice..

Did not find a new putter under $100. Did not find a 3 wood in my comfort zone. Purchased 11 new dri-tac 2.0 grips with the older sales rep input. Did pick up a demo 3 iron hy brid clearance cheap". Younger sales reps could be more attentive to on floor customers. Overall happy."

Great place and super friendly staff. Always willing to help you and take the time to get you into the right products. Highly recommend.

Sad day at Golf Town today. I received a new Stealth golf club as a gift from my 92 year old dad on the weekend however he got me a stiff shaft and i wanted to exchange it for the same club and shaft but with a regular shaft. The staff was very helpful, but then a manager must not have liked the way I looked or something because he said they wouldn't do it without a receipt, because it may have been on sale?!?!? What on earth does the price my dad paid have to do with a straight up exchange? I worked retail for 10 years as a manager and the value of the two clubs is identical.... so I went to Kitchener and they were very helpful. Sorry Waterloo..... not worth the drive........

Had a great first experience. Rick was helping me out and he has a wealth of knowledge and patience for a newbie like me. Overall the whole store was great from the manager to the check out staff. Very friendly and super helpful when picking out some clubs and a golf bag. Thanks again Rick, I will be back thanks to your help and service.
