Very easy to deal with. Called them for estimate, Representative came to home a quoted, ordered and 3 weeks later it was installed within 30 minutes!! Colin the Representative and Installer is extremely experienced and extremely careful with installation. Colour match to exterior is very close and screen operates easily and smoothly. Compared this product with a couple of others and in my opinion, this screen is superior and less bulky. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional company and staff. The process to get a quote was easy and the rep did an excellent job presenting their products and answered all the questions I had. There was no pressure or obligation at all -- in fact, I contacted them a year ago but wasn't quite ready for the install and called them back a year later.The installation was very efficient, quick and non-disruptive (I live in a condo) and the installer ensure the area was thoroughly cleaned of all dust and debris, and he was very nice and gave me good instructions on the operations and care of the sliding screen.The product itself is well made and a HUGE improvement over the traditional sliding screen doors which never slides smoothly. I love how clean looking my patio doors are and how easy it is to use. Definitely worth the money.I highly recommend Phantom Screens to anyone!

Quick response from the office staff. No long wait time - estimate appointment and installation were completed in a short amount of time. All staff were pleasant and professional. Best of all, the product works wonderfully!

Very happy with custom balcony screen door. My old apt. building has no AC and this screen allows me to enjoy the outside air without birds, hornets, flies and mosquitoes coming inside. The work was done promptly and efficiently; the company accommodated me as I was in hospital with a fractured hip at the time and my neighbour stood in for me in the process

Screen was installed promptly at a reasonable price (the same as I paid for them twenty years ago). No issues, so I’m happy :)

Excellent service and product. I ordered my screen and it was supposed to be ready in 4 weeks since they’re all custom made and it was ready earlier than expected. The install was fairly quick and meticulously done. With ordering and install - took about 3 1/2 - 4 weeks. The only constructive feedback I have is that the cost is a little pricey, so the screen stands-up to the test. Phantom Screens has a limited lifetime warranty so I’m confident I made the right choice.

First of all, great team from sales, customer service to technician’s and installers! I first purchased my phantom screen door in June 2020. This screen door has been great. After 3 years of use, an item on the door handle was broken. Phantom sent me instructions how to dismantle and then I took it to their repair facility. Within 15 mins it was repaired. Once home installed back to new! Best thing on lifetime warranty! Thank you again Phantom Screens!!! Much love and appreciation!

On time and pleasant installer. This is our 3rd Phantom Screen. Our previous 2 (on other doors) have held up very well, even with sometimes 4 dogs at our house.
