I'm pretty sure this guy just steals shopping carts and then uses parts off them to fix other carts he's stolen or he sells them. Also, when i went to see how much these carts go for, I drove through the neighborhood and the smell of marijuana was almost unbearable. Stay clear of this law enforcement death trap. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I went in to get my bearings fixed on 2100 Series and wound up scoring the best hash ever, but the location could be better. While I was there some drunk, half-naked, fat guy named Randy stole my hamburger and I had to cut out early after some damned kids started throwing bottles.

I want to get my Shopping Cart fixed it was good until i got shot and I also smell heavy Marijuana. Best part was I seen a 3 year old named motel walking around with a fully clipped gun as if it was the thing to do around here. Will recommend as long your prepared to battle the mountain lion Steve French for some weed
