Meals Without Madness

Chef Nicole is open to helping out my family and neighbours, and she provides amazing scones!

Nicole catered the rehearsal dinner for my son and daughter-in-law in their home. There were 30+ guests so we needed buffet style rather than a sit down meal. Right from the very beginning Nicole was friendly and very professional. She helped me to plan out the menu and was very accommodating, making changes to to meet our needs (including adding a couple of Lebanese dishes for our guests, and taking into account a child with severe allergies). The food was excellent and beautifully presented. I received a number of compliments from our guests. Nicole and her partner looked after the set up and made sure everything was hot and easily accessible for the guests. She stayed longer than expected and looked after some of the cleanup, which was not part of our contract. It was a pleasure working with Nicole and we were very pleased with the final results.

Chef Nicole made a meal for our family and it was delicious. The pork was tender and so juicy the little roasted potatoes were full of flavour and just melted in your mouth. Highly recommend Meals without Madness for a wide range of meals and events.

We have hired Chef Nicole for a few custom events. The first was a selection of ready made meals as a gift for a friend who just had a baby. The meals were easy for our friends to put together with a new baby and she allowed so much flexibility in choice- our friends' chose the meals they wanted and she delivered the pre-packaged food (with instructions) - which was so incredible during Covid, and our visiting restrictions.The second was for a private event. She created a custom menu that reflected all of our food allergies. We needed GF and the food was fantastic. I would give her 10 stars! She problem-solves, will work with your dietary needs (and budget!), is professional and serves high quality (and fancy) items at such a value. Impress your friends!! Chef Nicole is amazing!

We had Chef Nicole cater our wedding. She came fully prepared to cook and serve. The food was delicious, served on time, and at the end of the day the kitchen was spotless. I can't say enough about the ease of planning, food testing/tasting and suggestions that made the summer supper at our wedding superb. I highly recommend Chef Nicole for your everyday meal planning and special events.
