Is there a particular reason why you scumbags have to run your train through the city of London at half the speed of smell? With the amount of trains that you run through the city effectively cutting it in half, whether it’s anywhere near rush-hour time or not one would think that you would try to get the train through the city as quickly as possible.

The yard is super noisy and doesn't have sound barriers. Also, has instances where Diesels locomotives just keep idling and the entire area reeks of Diesel fumes. This yard is surrounded by residential area and its a carcinogen risk for everybody.

Trains sit every night at Richmond and Oxford and make an extremely loud thudding noise in quick succession and 20 times then a huge release of air followed by the thudding sounds again. It goes on for hours every single night. We are now extremely sleep deprived and ready to snap. If you don't get these guys to stop it we are putting in a formal complaint with the transportation ministry and making a complaint to local MP. This is totally unacceptable from 1 until 3 or 4 every night. We are going out of our freaking minds here. Please get these trains to do their regens out in the middle of nowhere not in a highly populated area where people are trying to sleep to work the next day.
