Very helpful and kind staff! Helped me with a printer cartridge issue in an understanding and quick way!

Had a fantastic experience with David A in the mobile department. He went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my new phone and plan. Not only did he find me a smokin' deal on the exact phone I was looking for but he even stayed late to make sure I was fully setup. 10/10 will be shopping here again

I have always had a positive experience with the Waterdown Staples, but wanted to take the time to give a proper review and shout out to Jonathan at the printing centre. I was having issues trying to properly size an image for printing, while creating an online order. I went into the store and Jonathan had it resolved in 5 secs flat! He offered his opinion regarding paper stock selection, and took the time to print me both the gloss and matte options to make sure the final product looked as best as it could. I wanted to let his management team know about what a wonderful asset they have in him, when he informed me he was part of the team. Kudos to you Staples Waterdown for your management team selection! He is a great role model to the team, and those he helps manage. Thanks Jonathan for all your help!! Now that my prints are framed, they look incredible and it’s all thanks to you.

Checked online for a printer. Showed it as in stock. When into store to buy associate said he couldn’t find it. I said fine I’ll take the display model. Was told “sorry I can’t because of hygiene stuff” I said I’ll disinfect it I don’t care. Refused. Didn’t offer any help finding an alternative in stock option just told me to order it online. 4 employees on the floor I’m the only customer in the entire store. Great effort from the staff to support. This is why everyone turns to Amazon. I wanted a printing solution for my business guess staples won’t be getting any more of my business. Especially not this location.

This is the best staples I have ever visited in terms of customer care. The help at printing center was proactive. The CSR Madeline P is very resourceful. I visited this store on 2nd of Feb.

Needed a specific style of phone. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found what I needed, showed me and explained some alternatives, answered all of my questions. Even came out once I had left the store to tell me about something he forgot to tell me.Great staff

Visited the printing center at this location recently. And Simon was very helpful and friendly. He made the process very straightforward and offered solutions as we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get what we want printed here. He got it all figured out and we left very happy customers with our print. Thank you Simon!

I had been struggling with the layout for a very important and time sensitive bulletin and I sent two test prints over to the local staples so I could see which was better. When I arrived both documents were not what I wanted or needed and Stephen at the printing centre helped me adjust some things on the document and printed a few options until we got it just right. After that, he was able to get me a bunch of copies printed and folded in a hurry before I had to leave for the out of town service. I was so stressed out and overwhelmed but Stephen took care of everything. Thank you!!
