pleasant experience! not really busy at time when I went.

Loved the service we got from Marcy. She went over and above to make us happy. Envision has always been good, but Marcy really stepped it up!

The reason it's one star is there's no other option to give them 0 * this branch is one of the rudest service ever received from Envision I love Envision I've been their customer for years I've all my account there Canadian US and I was planning on bringing my business account here too but today's service it's absolutely rude and not welcoming.

I’m writing this review based on couple years back when I was at the most lowest point in my life. After going through a huge financial back fall I had to start my life again and I looked upon Envision financial to open a bank account, I was denied by the bank because my credit score was low…at that point I knew I hit rock bottom. I went up the street to RBC and they gladly accepted me and helped me with everything. At this point in my life I’m back to happiness all thanks to my new bank.I would like to request Envision Financial to help people when they need it most.

I have enjoyed my banking at Envision. So far, so good. They can sound very aggressive when speaking to you, it may not be on purpose, but definitely comes across this way. It's happened to me twice. With the banking though, I've had no issues.

Excellent and friendly staff. Not my home branch but I go every week as staff is super good here.

I am sending this email/google review to share my gratitude regarding JP - he is both extremely friendly and efficient as an Envision Financial Advisor. I called him before my scheduled appointment and he was very patient and kind in responding to my questions a day in advance. Furthermore, he provided answers ahead of schedule the following day - beyond impressive! Initially I was reluctant to meet with a new advisor, as I had established a comfortable rapport with a previous advisor, however, JP has won me over, many thanks! I wish you and your North Delta branch continued success in the future.

I'm a lifelong member who was given farcically bad investing advice, when i complained about this to the head teller i was told the manager would reach out to me.... This never happened no contact was made by the manager...So if you want investing advice that is categorically false, that would lose your money this is a great place to go. Oh if your wondering, I never took their advice because i actually watch the news. Stay away from the predatory lending at this place.
