Heard good things in the past about this little place so thought we would give it a whirl. Apart from a very good beef barley soup that was obviously made from scratch our food experience was just ok. It filled the void. Based on the menu there is heavy reliance on boxed food and deep fryers.Service misses the mark here unfortunately. It's a cute little place that would serve well to focus on their strengths, go a little further with the smiles and conversation, and refresh the menu. If the soup was any sign of ability then the potential is there.

We had a wonderful, country style lunch here. Laid back loval, rural vibe with friendly and welcoming service. The home made potato-bacon-cheese soup was hearty and tasty. Side of onion rings was delicious...better plan a brisk hike after!
