Booking receptionist is worst . I didn’t get any confirmation of booking and he said you booked last time and didn’t show up . so you have to pay 60$ for rebooking. They are not even showing me any proof of confirmation.i have never seen something like this in my life .

It takes forever to get through to them. I booked an appointment weeks ago and now needing to cancel but each time I call I'm always placed on a long hold then it goes to their voicemail. I left a voicemail message asking if the can call back to confirm that they got my message about canceling my appointment. I also emailed them as well and no reply. I don't want to be charged for the appointment since I did notify them but if I can't ever get through to them how else can I let them know. It's very frustrating.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I had an appointment today once I got there they asked for my healthcard and denied to service me although my OHIP is valid but expired that means any doctor is able to bill my healthcard but I was told to leave. I explained how even service Ontario denied me a healthcard because my OHIP is still valid in the systems so till they do not ask me to get a new one I don’t need one despite it being expired. I will most definitely lodge a complaint on CPSO cause this is unprofessional. I even had surgery recently so I’m constantly wearing a sling.
