Stay FAR away from this gas station if you plan on going late at night. I stopped there for gas on Feb 13th 2022 at about 2am. There was no one visible in the store and my self, my husband and another customer banged on the door for about 15 minutes before the cashier FINALLY showed up. This was an inconvenience but what followed was unacceptable. As I was filling up my tank, the clerk decided he was going to stand in the window and intimidate me by staring at me for about 5 minutes, with his arms crossed. I definitely didn't feel safe and had my husband come in with me to pay the bill. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If I could give no stars, I would.

Car wash Experience!I mainly use this location for car washes, and at least 50% of the time, the wash process would either leave noticeable soap residue or not clean the car properly of simple mud / dirt stains (even with its their safe touch). If you complain, they would usually let you wash your car again, with a light frown (which is fine, but it still doesn't fix the problem - the wash needs to be fixed).During my last visit when I mentioned this, the store attendant said I should stop coming over if it's that bad. Fair point! So before I stopped going there, I wanted to make sure i leave this review for the benefit of others :)If you are looking for a carwash, save yourself the trouble and go to the Esso at Salem/ Bayly. Their touchless wash is way better than any at this locationP.s. They all have poor dryers, though!

Worst customer service I've experience in my entire life! I filled up and purchased a car wash. As I was going to the car wash the door closes and won't open so I ask my girlfriend to let the attendant know and she came back and told me that the attendant was rude. So I confronted the attendant that the car wash is not working and I told him off that if he can't fix it just give me a refund for the car wash and he said that we didn't know how to use the carwash properly and all the cars behind us didn't even get there car wash. I think the franchise owner of this station should train the staff how to dealt with customer. I've seen the reviews and I'm not the only one that had this experience here.

The world's slowest car wash. Each car wash takes 12 mins. Doesn't sound like much but if you have 2 or more cars ... Prepare to wait 30-45 mins for a quick wash"."

On Google it says they're open 24 hours but for some reason the guy inside the store tells me they are closed at 9:30 and I could not buy anyting while he was just laughing

I generally go this place for car wash, I gave 4 for the staff but the car wash isn’t worth it, it didn’t clean it properly still have dust on the back glass and the stains didn’t disappear. I fell there machine isn’t working or or old, gotta do something

I fill my gas at the station with my back facing the clerk. i then open my trunk, grab my leftover fluid from last week, fill up, throw the remaining in my trunk and wait for my bf to meet me at the station. some guy tells me to go in because the clerk took my number down for stealing fluid. I was still parked there for a good 5 min and STILL waiting for my bf to meet me there. he couldnt notify me? false claims. i went inside and told him to check the cameras and he says “sorry the cameras are not working” i told him to call the cops then and check. i come to this gas station every 3 days with my charger. i always pay. the clerk was laughing he found it funny. GREAT customer service. Really. you have my utmost thanks.

Good gas station with larger convenience store attached! We typically go here when needing a car wash as they have a wash at this location! The lineups can be long for the wash but it moves fairly quickly!

Can you please fire this old this which is right now working inside CircleK. He took 1 hour of my time in a single car wash. He doesn’t have any experience how to talk with customers. I have been coming here since last year but I don’t think I will come again to this Gas station. It’s really awkward and wasted my time.…………………………
