Absolutely without hesitation one of the best companies that I have dealt with in a while! I contacted a couple of furnace repair places after mine had broken down to get some quotes to either repair or replace. The two companies that I had contacted both confirmed that the furnace would have to be replaced. The first quote I received made me think I was buying a small used car. The second was much much more reasonable. After commenting on my situation to a fellow co-worker, they recommended X-Act Sheet Metal. From there I contacted Carlos who came out all the way to Orangeville from Brampton, checked my Furnace again, confirmed it needed to be replaced and quoted me a very respectable price for a NAME BRAND furnace. It was installed practically the next day. If that's not great customer service, then i don't know what is!Thank you Guys & Stephanie for the great service, I'll be calling when its time for the AC unit to be replaced.
