My husband needed a family doctor so I referred him to Dr le. He went I. For an ear issue and without knowing his medical background or history, Dr Le handed him a prescription for sleeping pills! My husband has never gone back and will never see a doctor that prescribes unsolicited medications.

July 2022: went to the walk in (which I needed an appointment for) the doctor diagnosed me with shingles despite me telling him I've never had chicken pox. Barely spent 5 minutes with me. Went to another doctor and they said it's an allergic reaction. Don't come here if you want a proper diagnosis.2022: since my review 3 years ago its only gotten worse. Your staff is making your patients leave. I will not continue to see Dr Raddatz. They need more staff and they need to be trained.The doctors are fantastic, but the receptionist are very rude. I do the same job so I make sure to be extra polite and straight to the point. You are the face of the business and if it wasn't so hard finding a good family doctor I would leave.

I don't know for the life of me why it takes weeks to book an appointment with Eric Raddatz. He's a horrible doctor. I've had him for several years and he was fine for checking blood pressure or basic care, but if you actually have a serious problem, run the other way. He has absolutely no shred of intellectual curiosity and desire to get to the route of a serious problem. Rather than refer me to a neurologist for tingling and numbness in my head he said it was due to nasal congestion and that I should speak to a sleep doctor.I came to hm with difficulty falling asleep 2 years ago and he prescribed me with mirtazapine. When the drug started to create fragmented sleep he wanted to increase the dosage, as though that was supposed to be the solution. He didn't even have me do any blood work. I now have a serious problem and it's his fault. I only had an iron deficiency in the beginning.He also said that the extreme brain fog caused by the drug was due to being sleep deprived. He's so full of it.

Im their patient for over 8 years. Doctors are good but good luck if you want to reach them over the phone. Usually it gives offline message and even when rings, nobody answers. This is so unfortunate and management should work on this issue. I had to drive 20min to ask a simple question before i come to my appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. E. Raddatz for over 10 years. He is very kind and caring. He has always provided excellent treatments.

During the pandemic, it’s so difficult to get an in person consultation or even speak to someone at the clinic to book an appointment. So much confusion for patients at the Runnymede clinic and the Markland clinic .While trying to express this concern with Dr Le who apparently has an MD degree ,he was not helpful and impolitely said oh it’s not my problem just call back tomorrow and follow up with your concern yourself .No empathy shown to apologize how these clinics are poorly run . Those in the Medical field are quick to take money and insurance but when it comes to showing empathy , politeness to the general public even the highly qualified doctor lacks it .Pathetic service from the receptionist.

You can NEVER get through calling the clinic. The line is always busy & IF someone actually answers you are immediately put on hold for a half hour until you give up. They have an online booking system - I've attempted to use this 3 times now & no one ever calls back to book an apt. They say they have 48hrs to return your request - I'm still waiting 4 days later... I've had to go into the clinic twice now to actually book an apt with my Dr.

I've filled out appt bookings on line multiple times with no return calls. So frustrating. This use to be a good clinic when Dr. CHEN worked there.

The receptionists here never answer the phone or when they finally answer after the longest wait, just saying please hold and never return. I had to try to call 3 days in a raw to book one appointment. I think my doctor is great but the receptionists are not responsive at all. When I visited Clinic for my appointment, I was watching them how they work at the reception. Even though the phones were ringing constantly, they never picked up the phone. Finally when one of them answered, she put it on hold. There was no patients at the reception windows or they were not on any other line. They were just chatting and did their paperwork. Hope they understand the frustrations of the patients when someone had to call 3 consecutive days to see the doctor for 10 minutes.

This clinic used to be great and easily accessible.It's now nearly impossible to get through to them by phone call.Everytime, I call it immediately prompts you with the message This caller is unavailable at the moment.."When going in to book a walk in appointment
