I’ve been using Alterations by Pamela since we moved to Hamilton 6 years ago. Every year, around Jan/Feb, I start my online shopping to buy a bunch of my vacation outfits & Summer dresses. Without fail, due to my tall/tiny frame, all outfits need to be altered & I can always rely on Alterations by Pamela. Every single time they do a great job, at great prices and in a timely manner.Highly recommend their services!

Great experience overall. She repaired two vintage jackets and hemmed a pair of pants. Efficient and professionally done. Support a local business instead of Stitch It or whatever in the mall.

Excellent work for very reasonable prices -- I cannot thank her enough for what she did. She repaired tears in three garments and replaced buttons on a fourth. One of the torn garments was a coarse wool sweater and the repairs are impossible to see. Actually all of the repairs are hard to find. She also found holes that I did not see before and repaired those too.

I had a great experience getting my bridesmaid dress altered here! Fair pricing, great turnaround, and very communicative. She was very accommodating and helpful when I was going back and forth a bit on deciding what I needed completed. Highly recommend!!

I had initially given this a high rating but unfortunately every alteration we had have either all fallen apart or was terribly done.For a $7 basic hem - the pants had excessive threading placed only on two corners of the pants that would pull or break easily when you put it on.For a $20 euro hem, she left excess material hanging (pic attached)And for tailoring pants - it isn’t even done correctly nor does it look professional (pic attached)A complete waste of money. I will not be returning based on how horrible each item turned out.

Called late in the day..we needed 4 pants hemed take with us to hospital admission, 2days away. The lady said can you come right over. She had them done very well in less than an hour. Very reasonable too. Excellent result.
