In behalf of my parents I want to Thank your technician named RamjieMy parents are so happy the way he handled their issues about bed bugs, he is so kind and he respect the elders and treat like his parentsI asked my relatives who also experienced the great service from him.He is a treasure and needs a commendation. Sprayed the units a few times had 0 success. No follow up no nothing. Pests still persisted and flourished. Had to hire another company

Had Poulins in many times for a mouse problem. They seemed to do as little as possible and never resolved it. Called another company in and on first visit detected and resolved the issue.

I stopped in to pick up supplies they had in stock and staff were great even the little dog greets you

Big thank you to John, he came out and took care of us same day and he didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. I highly appreciate that honesty and it makes me comfortable recommending them to friends and family knowing they won't be gouged.

Had bugs in our apartment and they came in and sprayed 6 times...Landlord finally decided to do a heat treatment and told we were told we could return after 8-10 hours. We returned only to find a note that said we actually couldn’t return for 11-13 hours.When confronted with how upset we were, as we have pets, no vehicle and work early mornings, we were met with hostility from John Ringrose, who stated we couldn’t read and that he understands why the landlord is “glad we’re moving out”.Externally inconvenient and unprofessional.Not to mention they caused damage to our property and said “they’re not responsible”. Even their District Manager, Shane Meanwell, never bothered to respond to email complaints.

We had one shared up and down suite that was badly being infected by cockroaches found in March, 2022, right after the tenants moved out, we connected Poullin's in Edmonton and with the tremendous help from their whole office staff, including Shane the manager, we fought with this terrible infection for the next nearly 3 months with multiple treatments, inspections, coordinating with downstairs residents who are not happy at all with multiple accesses and treatments, the end result is the likely thousands cockroaches have been all killedOverall, we are very happy with the great service provided by this company and would have no problem to recommend them to anyone who need tough jobs done related to pest control.

I don't mind paying a little extra for quality products. Yes they are a little pricey however the staff was not pushing me to buy anything which is a plus.My friend who lives in an apartment building inherited bed bugs from some not so careful neighbors. Her suite was sprayed " yesterday and as usual our slum owner hired a cheap incompetent outfit so as usual we are going to have to do most of the work and spray the stuff that they were supposed to but didn't. Anyways I digress sorry about that.Education is power and we spent almost an hour asking questions which they answered and we were never rushed."
