Staff is very nice but everything is too close together. Crammed onto racks. No order it seems. Feel claustrophobic in there.

First time stepping into a Hart department store and I was impressed with the selection of housewares and clothing. The store was empty which was great but it was dark in the store(not sure why) seemed like it was closed but it wasn't. Very pleased with everything I purchased and I would love to visit a Hart store again. If only they had one in York region...reminded me of Zellers.

It’s OK not a huge selection of anything really important.The staff is very friendly and knowledgable and everything that they do is very fairly priced.I absolutely will be returning!

Store has potential to be bigger/ carry more merchandise. Staff can be hard to find and pricing scanners not always functioning. Huge floor space. Well laid out. Reasonable prices. Nice seasonal department.

This is a very large store with a vast selection if items at reasonable prices. They have clothing, footwear, winterwear, toys, electronics, household items, some funiture and all as i said, at reasonable prices.

The staff is amazing, which is more or less why I gave them 5 stars. The store does offer a lot, but over packed with merchandise. They are doing the best they can to make the store appear better and more visible to the eye. Overall, product is decent and staff,Especially the managers, omg they are fantastic woman! Store needs more shopping carts though.

I had a panic attack because this old woman/worker just started looking directly at me as soon as I walked into the store and wouldn’t stop even tho I just wanted to look at those super cute giant squishys and have never been in the shop before. She also stopped helping her current customer and started following me towards the cash register. What kind of crazy lady thinks a pregnant woman of 8 months is gonna make a break for it??
