No open dining room after 9pm. I find sometimes service is slower, I miss the window where you can see into the kitchen.

Absolutely flabbergasted by the lack of support when an order is delivered/packed incorrectly. Took 5 phone calls just to get through to file a complaint. Delivery driver cannot seem to understand simple instructions Come to back entrance. Will meet at door." Is not clear enough apparently. And only half of order delivered at that. Not event double checked when it left the restaurant. Supremely disappointed and will likely never order from them again."

Service staffs are not friendly, did not take our orders right and their attitude was disrespectful when they were taking our orders. My chicken looked like someone took a bite of it!!!

Delivery woman was snotty nosed sick coughing on food and being snarky. Public health risk. Will not be eating here. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would.

Chicken is greasy terrible service only received partial order after contacting them. They said I can come down and pick it up after I paid for delivery service called in three times to customer service before anybody answered constantly rang. I think they think all is good after I received gravy later when everything else turned cold absolutely brutal.

Rude staff. Absolutely rude staff. General manager ( DAVE) of the place is not that friendly either . I would take my business elsewhere than spend my money and given with lousy , second rate , and rude service.

I was waiting at the counter to order for awhile. Several ladies pretended they didn’t see me.Waited for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and nobody did so I called out to them. A lady came to take my order finally. No smile not even a greeting. I ordered and it took longer then it should of. The fries tasted old and the gravy was cold and watery. Asked politely for a fork and napkins. Another lady got them to me but didn’t say a word or even look at me. Poor customer service.
