Have always been treated well here by the staff.The pumps are well maintained and the access is very easy, even when Stony Plain is very busy.You can access and depart via the alley or 122nd Street.Close to the Brewery District and Oliver Square (East/West)

Slow and terrible customer service.This station is unable to verify gift card balances, without customers making a purchase in store.Was also advised that gift cards could not be used in conjunction with cash purchases.While at the store, another customer got into a dispute with the attendant over the fact that this station charges customers the full amount if they pay by debit—and it’s on customers to go back in store to obtain any change if they over prepay.Overall, would not recommend this location.

Ridiculous rules and hours sign says 24 hour . But only for gas and tobacco. Can't even get milk . Pretty stupid, guess that's why I'm the 15 years I've lived close I've gone 4 times. Well that and the over pricing. Guess it worked out. Mac's was way cheaper

Apparently this location closes after sunset due to “safety concerns”. The staff, who are quite rude, operate through a small window after dark and if you wish to make a purchase of anykind, they will glance across the counter and inform you that what you’ve asked for is unavailable - despite it being plainly visible through the glass exterior - this is laughable. Terrible service. If the store is deemed unsafe after dark, close it. Don’t confuse and infuriate customers by lying to them.

Worst shell available, never open late the people that work there have know organization skills not problem solving skills. With that being said why open 24 hours when it’s super obvious of false advertisement yet still being able to being running a legit business. But at the same fall through those loop holes

24hrs that a lie or at least inconsistent depending on who’s working. Some nights it’s open some nights they won’t help you unless it’s gas. Useless.

I stopped here to put air in my tire. I put money in the machine (coins) and it didn’t turn on. I then put more money in and the exact same thing happened. When I went inside to talk to the attendant she didn’t care at all and acted totally indifferent towards me. She told me that her manager said to call the number on the machine as that is not their responsibility. Needless to say I will never stop their again for gas or any other reason. Poor customer service.

This location has really gone to s*** the past year. They switched to bags that rip and then when people exchange their dropped carbonated beverages for another, the staff just put the dropped ones back on the shelf so most of what you end up buying is flat. When they sell out of their most popular flavors they don't restock for MONTHS. Tried to redeem airmiles here and the cashier doesn't know how to do it, claiming it won't let" him. I have this shell 2 blocks from me but I've been having to bus to other convenience stores the last 6 months because this store doesn't have what I want

Young lad cashier didn’t listen to me twice. First I asked for Regular gas he charged me for the most expensive V-power grade. At the pump I realized the mistake he made and I went back into the store and then I asked for an exchange. He refunded all the transaction and then I didn’t have any more credit available on my card. I drove away without gas. Anybody this station hires at the cashier has to speak and comprehend English well. Location is great but I’m not returning here anymore.
