Lone Star Texas Grill
I didn’t like anything in there! From dirty table to chairs to long wait for the waitress to come take your order. Food not good really pricey teste and smell old. Sweet cinnamon stick very hard felt like store bought been microwave 100times .124$ for 2 people not happening again for dinner fajitas for 2 and fried calamari and 2 drinks.I wish I can take money back but can’t.

Before coming to this Barrie location, I have always enjoyed a great service and food at different Lone Star Texas Grill restaurant in the Greater Toronto Area. But my first experience here was quite a disappointment. Arrived around 4:20pm and were given seat on the patio and 40 minutes later no one had shown up to ask us for anything. Place was not packed at all. In the meantime waiters were serving other tables no one seemed to care about ours. I had to walk inside and asked to talk to the manager. The person I was told was the manager listened to my inquiry about why we had to wait so long, and apologized. While we were speaking another person who worked there was listening and jumped in the conversation with quite a rude tone trying to explain some errors with waiters shift, and literally said I was free to leave the restaurant when I tried to explain why I came in, because I thought she missed part of the conversation. We ended-up by staying and got served by a courteous waitress and food was good. Just beware, it doesn’t look like a good place to eat if you want to get served timely

Our server was Tequila and she was awesome with both kids and adults alike. The food was good and consistent with other Lonestar restaurants. The white peach Sangria was really good and definitely my favourite part of the meal. Service was quick and the food came out in a decent time.

One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.Went with my two kids and we all ordered the double bacon bbq burger.Two of the burgers were missing tomato, one was missing onion, all three were missing the bbq sauce and all three were burnt to a crisp.We were in a rush so we just choked them down and left.Will never go back again.I appreciate you reaching out. However there are many other dining options in the Barrie area and we will not be returning.

Our whole experience was just all over the place but the servers were working there butts off whiskey was trying her very best but !We walk in we were told 15 minutes cool there were 3 adults and 1 four year old !People walked in after us three adults and they didn't have a reservation and were seated before us ... So 5 minutes later they seat is we ordered drinks they took 20 minutes and than another twenty minutes to order our food and than 30+ minutes for it to come out !We entered at 615 today Sunday the 21st and we didn't leave until 830 my daughter couldn't even eat her ice cream because it literally took 10 minutes!The food was okay the drinks were good !But overall it was a terrible experience!With so many restaurant options around probably won't be back !

I had visited the restaurant with my husband for a quick meal for lunch and left with a happy stomach and a great experience. Firstly, we were greeted by a server, I think their name was Austin if I'm not mistaken, and they were so kind and had a great smile. Our server was Sangria and she was great as well and even made the extra step to continuously check in with us every now and then. Steak was a little overdone but we decided to see past that. Overall, 9/10 experience, and we will definitely be coming back!!

My meal of chicken tenders was good but my friend's meal of a taco was very plain and boring. Her fries were very overcooked. We were the first customers of the day, so I was surprised that the food wasn't better prepared. Our server Sangria was lovely and very attentive. 5 *****s for her.

Came here for lunch with my husband. It wasn't our first time at Lone Star, but the first time at this location. The food was great, we got fajitas and nachos. The service could have been better. I wanted a margarita, so I asked the server which one she would recommend, the lime or mango. She advised that mango was good, so I ordered it. Our nachos arrived before my drink, and they forgot about my guac. I ended up asking for the drink, and it arrived then. The margarita was great, except it was extremely spicy. I have an issue with spicy foods/drinks due to an actual medical condition, so I called the server over and asked if the drink is normally that spicy. When I initially asked her about the mango flavour when I ordered, she did not mention anything about the spice, nor is it indicated on the menu (we checked twice). She replied that it was habanero mango, and her tone suggested that this is obvious information. I said I could not drink it because it will make me sick. I expected that she would offer to bring me a regular lime (non spicy) margarita instead, but she just suggested that she will bring some of the lime slushy and said I could add it" to the margarita to sweeten it. My husband basically drank my drink for me since I could not.I have no issue with the food or Lone Star at all
