Rachel with WP creations is beyond amazing !She has been very accommodating as well , When I had my twins she understood how hard it was for me to travel and she came to my house to do the castings and not only that even dropped off the finalFinished product. Rachel was great to work with! I wanted to get my child's castings done, and given the pandemic I was quite nervous. Rachel re-assured me of the protocols she had in place to keep us safe and allow us to properly physically distance. She was patient throughout the whole process, even when our appointment took a bit longer than expected because my little one was not cooperating.Rachel checked in with me every step of the way and she wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. That was her focus - making sure we were satisfied. The finished product is beautiful and I am happy with the entire process. At WP creations Airdrie, we had great experience.Rachel is very kind and calm. She took her time and did my 1 year old’s hand and foot casting in very perfect and precise manner.
