Had a haircut here which was beautiful & another appointment had a hair colour. The stylist helped me chose a colour that complimented my natural hair colour & skin tone. Staff is very professional & friendly, the salon is very clean & the services are reasonably priced. I really trust their advice & skill at New Trends & will be back.

This place is amazing. I was very skeptical about trying a new place. But was looking for something closer. And the place is incredible. These folks are very efficient and very warm and professional. Finally found my goto place. :-)

I live locally and was a walk in client when I moved. I agree with all the lovely comments. The ladies are all very friendly, polite, helpful and make a real effort to please. I’m so happy to have the opportunity to experience more services. I have a lot of respect for all the hard work and picky clients I’ve seen. Thank you for your services.

The charges are economical, the staff is friendly and they know what they are doing. Got my highlights done here and my hair looks beautiful. Thanks New Trends.

I attended this salon for the first (and last) time today to get my eyebrows threaded - only after seeing their reviews (4.6/5). I specifically told the lady to clean up my eyebrows, don't change the shape and don't make them thin. She did my eyebrows and once she was done, my eyebrows were incredibly thin. My eyebrows are microbladed and her explanation was that she was trying to remove another line of hair, which was actually the microblading - not hair. I am appalled that she could not tell the difference between a tattooed brow and actual hair. Another lady, who I assume is the owner, stated that I can grow my eyebrow hair out again and then come back so she can fix" them. There is really nothing to fix when they removed half of my eyebrow. Save your money and find another salon - why pay full price for poor service. I definitely DO NOT recommend this salon for eyebrow threading."

I had my hair colored and cut today. They stayed an hour longer then closing time to finish up. They didn't rush me out. They are friendly, warming and do phenomenal work. I LOVE LOVE my hair. I will be going back ❤️

I visited at this salon for my highlights, I ask about highlights she didn’t explain me properly, she told me 130 for my highlights, after that she charged me 250 dollars, she did not explain me professional. First day I ask about different colour shadings highlights booklet . She refused to me at that time , at the same time she showed to other customers about booklet . I have very worst experience with them , I wasted my 250 dollars and time and energy on permanent highlights, after few days within week my all hair colour gone . Never go there .

Cut was completely different from the picture I brought. She cut far more than I asked for. As much as 10 inches on the sides. Also the price on the phone was far less than when I went to pay after the haircut. I would not suggest going here.
