Deloux Nail Salon

The lady who did my nails spoke absolutely no english which made communicating really difficult... She shaped my nails without even asking me what i wanted. And the results are not that great, i have nail polish all around the cuticles on my nails... overall definitely wont be coming back here.

Terrible customer service. My mom and I went in for acrylics. The lady who did my moms nails was extremely rude. My mom asked the lady if she could file her nail more and the lady gave the file to my mom and told her to do it herself. On top of that she couldn’t even draw a design of a simple “M” on the nail, although she made it very clear that she’s been working there for 15 years and knows what she’s doing. Clearly not because the nails looked crooked and very messily done. My mom still tipped the lady and left very upset. No one should leave a nail salon feeling uglier than when they came in. I recommend finding a place with respectful workers who do their job with care.Although there are nice workers at this salon, the lady who did my moms nails definitely needs a customer service course or something along the lines of that.

This was my first visit at the nail salon and I had Brian. I had acrylic nails with a French manicure and he did an absolutely amazing job. The nail length was perfect and he was extremely fast and I definitely will be returning. 10/10

I am so so pleased with this salon, a lady named Harry she did my nails, she is amazing. She is truly the best. I highly highly highly recommend her ❤️❤️❤️

Cathy did my dipped nails and I am very happy as always. They are frenched just the way I like them. Everyone is pleasant and efficient at Deloux Nails and I would recommend them to anyone

Well I called to book an appointment for my daughter and I. They said sure no problem come in. So we came in for 4p and 5 mins later another lady walked in (her first time there!) Now instead of them taking my daughter and I at the same time. The young gentleman decided to take the young lady instead of my daughter- so now I’m waiting for my daughter instead of us being done at the same time. Especially since we are returning clients. Very disappointing and I loved coming for here for my pedicures. My daughters nails looked rushed and aren’t the same sizes and the are way shorter then asked. Will not be going back

They were professional on the phone and able to make me an appointment right away. This is my go-to salon. The technician was great - asked me my preference and took care of my tricky feet without cuts or bleeding. I hate getting a pedi, but this is the spot that I have found where they are gentle and accurate - thoughtful and careful. Thank you! I will keep coming back.
