Customer help is extremely pushy when it comes to trying to get you to buy a new phone through them. It's not even what I walked in to do in the store. It's pretty obvious they must get commissions for doing so. I would rather go out of my way to shop anywhere else. Maybe other location's have better service, this 1 clearly does not

Bad customer serviceIf it happens once , I let it go usually.. but once again BAD customer service from one of the people working today at The store.Guy was ignorant and even dropped the F*** when I tried to talk to him.He was trying to tell me I’m wrong and than was swearing thinking I didn’t hear it.They had another rude guys and ingnorant working at Millwods Town Center location previously too.I can understand we don’t always agree on something but to swear At a customer is not acceptable. Thank god my kid was sleeping at that time.Very dissatisfied and disappointed at the service . Won’t be shopping there anytime soon.

Very bad customer service. I bought iPod generation2 with extended warranty. At the time of purchase sales man told me we replace with new generation after one year if you buy extended warranty. Today I visit store but store manager told me we will charge price difference. Please be careful. Don’t try to buy anything from The Source store.

I went to source for my mom's phone connection as she is new to Canada. The employee Mustafa gave us a great deal and took extra time to explain everything. He was very informative and provided us great customer service. We appreciate his efforts. In future, we know where to go. Thumbs up!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I barely ever write reviews, heck I just get what I need and go. However, this store in specific really amazed me. I have never been helped so compassionately. I was just thinking about buying an adapter and then getting an extra cable to connect into my cpu because i couldn’t find the right fit. The employee saw me struggling and went out if his way to help me. He actually found me the correct cable and saved me so much money. I am so thankful for the help I received

Getting new phones is generally a stressful event for our family. We went to the Source Southgate and Vivek Arora received us. Vivek provided excellent service and stayed present with us through the whole 2 hour process. He was patient and kind, and moreover anticipated all of the possible stress points we might encounter. He mitigated all of them and our entire experience with him was calm and pleasant. We all felt he knew what we needed and worked hard to provide it for us. And best of all… the bill kept getting smaller and smaller for more services as we went. He was exceptional throughout and we are grateful. Thank you Vivek!!

I hate technology and sales but I needed a new phone. Vivek made the process very easy and simple. I didn't feel pressured and I am very happy with my new phone, plan, and the amazing service.
