I brought my dog in to shop with me and she was pretty anxious and nervous around the store but the staff were super friendly and understanding! They were very patient and let her calm down before offering a bag of treats! 10/10 would recommend :) thanks for the great experience!!

They carry brands of cat food that you can't find in most stores. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had a great experience shopping, will be going there regularly!

Update 2021: Staff helpfulness and attentiveness has much improved over past experiences. When my pup became a senior, the store became my go-to location for picking up all of his favourite foods.Service has been friendly and attentive through covid and before that.Thank you.------------------------------------------------------------------OK, Andy is long gone and this is essentially a new store now. However, I avoid this store unless I absolutely can't make it to my preferred Global location which is much farther from my home. Service is spotty - never know what you will get. 1. Long story short, I was told I could order food and would have it in a week (??) - So I went to my preferred store right after that, they ordered the food - phoned in the order - and I had it the next day). 2. I was ignored by two staff people who were cooing over another customer at the counter. I was obviously looking for something and spent some time searching and some time standing at the counter, but didn't even get a glance, so I left - THEN I was noticed; the conversation behind me suddenly stopped mid-sentence. I should not have to sit up and beg to be assisted. 3. They do not have the same complete line-up of high-quality foods as the much smaller store and don't carry the foods my sick dog can digest. I buy a bed once a year or two but I buy food for several animals every week/month...what is more important to stock on the shelves?? I would have given one star but on occasion I have received attentive service when ALREADY AT THE CASH WITH MY CARD. That's not enough. I will continue to drive past this place unless absolutely forced to shop there.

Great service! Definitely my favourite location to go to. Staff are always friendly and ready to help, and Maxine in particular stands out as going above and beyond, with her recommendation helping to clear up a stomach issue our dog was having. Couldn’t be happier with our experience here!

Little disappointed Global. It’s currently 7:30pm and your store is closed. Despite the hours in the window and online stating that you close at 8:00pm. Knocked on the window but nobody inside.Rushed over her bc I need food for my pup. Should have known something was up when nobody answered the phone when I first called before I left my home at 7:15pm

I have been going here for maybe 2 years ish now. Every time, without a doubt, the most friendliest and informed people. Like every single person there. I had to make a special order for my dog, and they accommodated and checked in with the family for pickups and orders

ALL the staff here are amazing, hard to tell who’s the manager as they are all manager material. Everyone is so helpful and nice. All properly trained and helpful. The owner should feel very lucky and appreciative to have such great team.
