Amazing staff. Fair rates for Sudbury.

I'm not one that really does reviews, but I was suffering unbearable tooth pain and needed a tooth extracted but unfortunately the oral surgeon my dentist referred me too didn't have openings for a couple weeks. I called the emergency on call dentist and they were unable to do anything because of the closeness of the nerves and said that I would definitely need to see a oral surgeon for its removal, I literally cried and felt hopeless. The nice ladies at Dr.Nathan Grebe and Associates called Dr. Diamond and told him my story and he got me in THAT DAY!!! I was beyond ecstatic, and to top it all off the extraction was basically painless, I've had very minimal pain the day after, and am already eating solid foods with ease ! I'm beyond greatful to Dr. Diamond and his team and would give them a million stars if I could !

First impression: the office looks really classy, and super clean. Everyone there was super nice and helpful. It was definitely one of my best dental experiences if such a thing exists lol.

I would just like to say, during the pandemic, nothing is easy. But that’s no excuse to push your patient needs to the side, or make their needs seem less important than anyone else.My sister just went & paid *thousands* to have ALL 4 of her wisdom teeth removed as they’ve been causing her lots of pain. They not only sent someone from North Bay to come and cover the shifts of the original doctor who’s on sick leave. They made her feel like she wasn’t a priority to them. They were in organized and didn’t even check her file to see if the payment was processed before her appointment, which she called and confirmed twice before hand. They then asked her to pay again when arriving to her appointment 7:30am…. Then my sister asked to have the Iv placed in a more desirable position for her & they ignored her request & blew out her vain in her hand after she told them not to do it in that spot….. when the procedure started, they put her to sleep & began the process, the man doing the surgery then BURNT HER LIP with the drill !!!!!!!! Not only having to heal afterwords from 4 teeth removals, they melted her bottom lip ! Doctor then had to prescribe more antibiotics for that, & proceeded to tell the care giver their waiting for my sister, that it was “an accident” & that this never happened before BESIDES 1 other time 2 weeks ago in North bay….. the doctor then proceeded to tell us that he didn’t notice the burning till he “felt the drill become hot to his hand” as my sister lays their sedated unable to tell them she’s being burned…… this place is absolutely unorganized & unprofessional in every direction. I highly DO NOT recommend this periodontist as they can’t even use proper functioning tools for their patients…. Photos have been being taken of my sister lip during the healing process & if scarring becomes a factor, this will become a lawsuit….

Dr. Diamond is great at his profession. He and his staff are experts in their fields and are caring and cordial. I always leave this dentist office in a good mood!
