Keep getting the wrong cigarettes, often walk into the store and nobody is manning the cash register and anybody in the store can’t hear you cuz they’re listening to music with their earbuds in, I also find it strange that they don’t scan the carton of cigarettes that has a barcode of its own, instead they scan one pack and multiply it by 8. The whole point of buying in bulk is cuz it’s cheaper than buying them individually. Avoid the store unless the owner actually responds to this review and sorts out the problem.

I just want to give a special mention to one of your employees: Jasleen. She always has a smile on and she clearly puts effort into her work. I always get the same thing when I stop by and she usually has everything ready for me. Keep up the good work

This is by far the worst shell in edmonton and area.Gas is always 5 cents more compared to the city.They raise price in morning rush and supper rush. Grease balls.This place is a disgrace to beaumont.I filled up gas and noticed there was a offer on the gas pump for ultimate wash 10.99.Went in to purchase and the robot.. I mean employee said they forgot to take the sign off...Usually when a price is advertised they are supposed to honour it. Not in this case I guess.I will not be going here I like to support local but not this place.Stay far away! Save your time and money and go to husky or Petro.

I went to the Shell at around 11:45pm, the open 24 hours sign was lit up and there were 2 men working inside. One was mopping.The door was locked and I was directed to a little talk door" by the register. I asked first to use the washroom

I don’t usually do reviews but wow….the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I was in there tonight purchasing coffee creamer and milk. Firstly, the prices are outrageous which I knew of but was okay paying as my daughter was getting impatient to get to bed. Secondly, as I was paying, I looked over and asked for a bag and the person behind the counter refused and said that we have to do another transaction for $0.21 in order to get a bag and that she didn’t ask because it was “just two things”. I did not have time to explain to her that just two things are things I did not have enough hands for, to get inside the house with my daughter, her diaper bag etc and all her toys etc also in my arms or the time to stand there and do another transaction for that amount, as I only had my debit card with me. How are these guys still open with those pricing and awful customer service like this? Will not recommend and won’t be going back.

I have been trying to support this station instead of getting gas in town on my way home from work, I always get gas and wash my car. Today when the wash didn’t do a good job and was out of order from usual I went in to ask for the wash back on my card so I could try again another time. The attendants gave me a wash back that was only good for a 5 days and acted as though they didn’t believe me saying no one else had complained. I had brought them out to show them the visible dirt on my car that was easily wiped away with a finger, and they still were unapologetic. Very dissatisfied with the customer service here today, I will be gassing up and getting my car washed in the city from now on.

Extremely poor customer service.I have been supporting the local Shell in Beaumont since I moved to the city a year and a half ago even though prices are sometimes higher but am definitely done.The cashier asked me twice the type of car wash I wanted because she was distracted. Ended up giving me the wrong one so I came back right after going through it to get the one I asked for - she said with a sigh and sounding very annoyed I asked you so many times". She then gave me what I thought was the wash I asked for which when I then came back to use was a rince that lasted 30 seconds if so. I thought the car wash had malfunctioned so came back in... she was still the one working and went to get someone else from the back to have them tell me they only gave me a rince because if not the wash would have been on them....In my opinion customer service should be worth more than a carwash...Never going back there."

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!Purchased a new truck drove it for a day. It was dusty so decided to give it a wash while we were out getting groceries. Automatic car wash at this location was convenient. Purchased full car wash without has purchase. Went through wash. Noticed in wash that the soap did not rinse off as the rinse cycle was very light and short. We could see suds left on windshield and mirrors. Got out after leaving car wash to look at vehicle. Truck was a mess See Pics. Went in to get money back and attendant at till stated the dirt must have been stuck on truck and came out to look. I asked her how that was possible as it was just purchased the day before. Her body language and face as well as her tone were all out telling me I was wrong and or lying when I was trying to say her car wash did not clean my vehicle. See pics again. LoL . Money was received back for cost of wash but when I asked her as a customer why she felt it was ok to state I was wrong she stated- It's ok. You can go. Thank you!! AND DISMISSED ME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BE BACK - Hopefully others will consider twice before spending money here.

I went to wash my car to this place about 6:30 pm(06/09)and gets so annoyed by the employee who was working there. I told him there is something wrong with the drying time and instead of solving this problem he was telling me to buy one more car wash. Poor customer service ever I got at gas station. I mentioned time in this review to help owner to make this place better.
