We blew a tire about 35 kms from Moose Jaw, we called Dakota who let us know they would be about 2.5 hours and to try some other companies, we called another tow company who said they'd send someone and would call in an hour, they never did so we called them back, their guy was still out on a job and also mentioned they would only be able to take one of us in the truck, like what. Anyway called Dakota back and Shon I think it was said he felt so bad we were still stuck out there and he'd pull his guy off a job to come get us, half hour later Antoine shows up to rescue us and tow us to our motel. He also took us the Fountain Tire the next day. Thank you Antoine and Shon for your excellent customer service, we made it to Nova Scotia today!

Antoine is amazing! Came to tow my vehicle into Moose Jaw when the engine malfunctioned just outside of town in the snow storm. He was prompt, courteous, super friendly and joked with us the whole way home- even got my car right into my garage! Would 110% recommend Dakota Towing!

Antoine is a pro. We were stuck in heavy snow on a trail road 25km north of Moose Jaw. I called them for help. Few minutes later I got a call from Antoine asking me what the situation was. He came prepared and towed our vehicle on to the highway. I’m glad I called them for help and have nothing but good words to share regarding their services. 100% recommended!

My fiance ran out of fuel while I was sleeping lol. She did have someone on Facebook that was willing to come and help us. But I had already called to talk truck companies. Dakota towing was half the price of the first tow truck company I called to bring me fuel. I was 10 km east of moosejaw. Dakota towing coated me a hundred bucks to bring me a Jerry can of fuel. They showed up with only 15 l but I was still happy they came. The man charged me $150 to which I complained and said I was quoted $100. He professionally reduced the price down to $100 to keep me happy. So all in all whether it's a hundred or $150 still reasonable to hire a company to come and bring you fuel because the occupants of the vehicle can't watch the gauge :-) lol. I would use this business again but not sure they would want to work for me as I did complain about the difference in price. Tough to make a living nowadays.
