Super friendly staff who will help you pick and arrange flowers for your every need.Came on two occasions for flowers with nothing but a budget in mind and the staff were nice to help me pick something out. Great selection of flowers and beautiful colours. I don’t particularly like the way they wrap the flowers, but really like that they give a water block to ensure they stay fresh for the whole day. Definitely going to be my to-go flower shop from now on.

I had previously gone into their store asking to order a blue flower corsage and boutonniere (that was a month before my prom) they said that we should come in a week before prom and we asked to make sure that they will still have blue flowers they said they always do. I go in today(over two weeks before prom) this lady says that they never have blue flowers, very inconvenient for us, does not offer to make it work for us or give us a credit or discount!! worst customer service I could have asked for. If i had known ahead of time I would have looked at different places. Don’t give false information to ur customers next time.

Wow, I was really impressed with the arrangement & it lasted almost two weeks before any of the flowers started to go. I'll definitely be back for important occasions or just because. Friendly staff took my idea / budget and created something I was proud to share with my spouse. Keep up the good work.

Best flower shop in Newmarket by far. I’ve been here multiple times over a 3-5 year span and the BEST customer service. Especially for a guy like me who knows nothing about flowers but wants something nice for their significant other. Also fair prices and quick service. 5/5 hands down!

I am often the lucky recipient of bouquets from this location and they never fail to impress! Recently, my boyfriend got me a bouquet with big, gorgeous lilies. They looked and smelt beautiful! Definitely a great spot to grab floral, happy to support them!

My oldest friend sent me flowers for my birthday and I was just amazed at the bouquet that arrived...it was so beautifully crafted...designed by a true artist. But what was really incredible was how it looked ten days later...it had been put together with such care that it changed throughout the ten days...on purpose. Tiger Lilies opened creating a crown effect on the top of the arrangement. I really would like to know who the artist was who put together this wonderful arrangement...I'll be asking for her...or him..to do all of my flowers for clients and friends from now on .

I received the most beautiful floral arrangement on the weekend from Karen's & Tina's Flowers. The flowers are so vibrant, and fresh. My entire house smells of lilies. The packaging was beautiful with ribbons, and it arrived perfectly. I was shocked to be receiving flowers. A special shoutout to David, who I shared a laugh with, trying to figure out who would send me flowers. I would definitely recommend your services to everyone.
