I had a chance to sit down with the owner of the business Ken. and we talked and he took the time to explain the process and products that is used to replace the windshield glass.I appreciate him taking the time to sit down and talk with the customers it shows that he cares and stands on the product and workmanship that is provided. I needed to replace the windshield on my 2009 BMW X3 and I called Ken from Auto Glass Worx. I called him at 10:30 am to set up an appointment, he asked me when I could be at the shop, and I told him that I could be there in an hour. By the time I got there, he had my windshield. I couldn’t believe how quickly the job was done. I have had my windshield done to another car years ago and I used a well known competing company and nothing compared to the service I got from Auto Glass Worx. From the clean and relaxing environment in the waiting area, where I was offered free coffee and snacks while I waited, and to the professional staff that made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed while I waited for my car. Ken invited me into the shop to show me their process on how they did their windshield replacement. I was surprised with the technology behind the removal, which really impressed me. They actually removed my old cracked windshield in one piece! There was just the original crack and no other new cracks. He explained that they use the best adhesives in keeping the new replacement windshield in place just like it would have come from the factory. He also inspected the condition of the metal around where the windshield would sit, checking for damage or corrosion that may cause future failure in the adhesion of the windshield. Ken is 100% behind all of his repairs and he also reminded me that if anything was to go wrong or fail in his windshield replacement that he will guarantee his work and will fix any defects if the arise ASAP! The new windshield that he replaced for me was perfect. It looked just like it was reinstalled by BMW! I could not have asked for more. The whole process was flaw less and Ken made sure that he inspected the job every step of the way. I don’t think that I would ever use any other Windshield replacement company again. I will refer Ken’s Auto Glass Worx to everyone I know due to my firs hand experience. Ken has been doing windshield replacement for years, and he uses all the latest removal and installation technology available today. There were no surprises and it was great to be dealing with a company that knows what they are doing. I brought my windshield there to take care of a small rock chip seal it in, and also get my front and rear dash cam installed. Very good and professional installer, and right advice, also very good customer service and after sales service.My windshild been installed from woodbine toyota earlier and water leaking so This place is being refered by my friend and i got my car with them for service and I am 100% satisfied, because professional staff saved my original glass and reinstalled and reseal properly.
