I reserved an appointment for my daughter to check her eyes and they called me and canceled the appointment and they rescheduled me on another day and again they called me in the same day and canceled the appointment with no reason the worst doctor ever

I used to get my glasses here all the time. They used to have great deals, buy one pair, get one free, had good deals that even made up for the poor quality of some, but not all of their frames. They have quality frames too, but you have to search through the confusing inventory. Sadly, over the last 6 years I visited, prices seemed too expensive with none of those good deals. I end up going to Costco and getting 2 pairs cheaper than what 1 pair would have cost me at Hakim.

They are the worst. They don’t have any customer service at all. They only want to make the deal then you are screwed. Once they take your money! They took long time to get my glasses ready! Then the prescription was done wrong. They made a reading sun glasses instead of distance one. They took to change it. It them more than 3 weeks and never come back to me. I called many times, their reply was to wait till they call me. Today, I called I they said sorry we just received it yesterday and we were busy to call you! Is it my job to keep calling!It’s so frustrating! They are open till 8 pm and I was busy but I made it to the mall before closing! 5 mins before closing time their doors were closed and they refused to give me my glasses. In an unprofessional tone and not trying to make any eye contact, the girl said we are closed. Gave me her back and was on phone!My husband had lots of issues with them and canceled his glasses with them and said I will never deal with them! He warned me a lot and told me not to deal with them! Now the lesson is learned.I had my deal with them during Black Friday deals and didn’t get my glasses yet! They are very over rated!

I had a contact lens lost in my eye for a couple days, Dr. Amir was very kind and considerate, I would even say went above and beyond to help me with it and even made sure I got antibiotics after to make sure everything is fine.I'm changing from FYI after today for my next years appointment. 10/10

Awesome and lovely group of ladies who work here! Came to get new lenses due to a situation at another Hakim location, they were amazing! Super helpful, welcoming and understanding. The cashier/receptionist is super sweet. 10/10 will be the new go to for all glasses needs!

I was in the store on Thursday, June 17, 2021, morning for a repair. I needed a screw for my reading glasses that were rendered useless without it. The young man who waited on me was professional, kind and more than willing to assist. I was so pleased to deal with a business that understands good customer service. It was a quick and easy visit.The woman working in the store was equally as service-oriented and I was impressed by the level of attentiveness that they both provided.Thank you. Thank you for courteous, friendly and caring employees.They both deserve a raise for going above and beyond .

Walked in today with broken nose pads on my glasses, and was greated promptly by a friendly lady who then took my glasses in another room. Maybe 5 minutes later, another lady comes out with my glasses fixed as new, with a friendly smile and no charge. Made my day!! Thanks so much!

My experience was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to help me. They were very honest which you need when purchasing something you have to wear every day. Very friendly and the store was immaculate. I would highly recommend this store to anyone. Best experience I have ever had and can't beat the choice and prices of glasses. Don't miss this opportunity to be treated royally. Stop buy. You will not be disappointed.
