Wasn't happy with the steering for many years even after having an alignment done 11 yrs ago by Corvette Specialties, it still was not right. After loosing a couple of control arm spacers, it now for sure needed the alignment reset. Mid Island was highly recommended to me by co-workers. They did a great job on the alignment and being careful around my collector corvette, it has never driven so well and stays straight as an arrow with no pulling. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend them.

Moved to Nanaimo a year ago and needed some work done on my Tahoe. Ron and the team at Mid Island Automotive have been great! They always perform the right checks first to ensure they are only fixing what needs fixing. This practice always saves the customer money and gets the job done right! Communicative, responsive, kind, timely, reliable and trustworthy service. Came from out of province and had to do some repairs on the car to pass inspection, Ron explained what needed to be done, and checked in at every stage around what things would cost and what would be necessary. Cami at the front was also super helpful!Will definitely be returning for auto maintenance and repairs (hopefully won't be needed) in the future!
