Staff was helpful finding us some houseplants that would be able to grow in our east-only facing apartment. They said these plants were safe for cats but we only found out after our cat ate some of our plant that both are actually toxic to cats. -2 starsOtherwise the place seems really nice and large enough to store all kinds of different indoor and outdoor plants and tools. We spent quite a while browsing and enjoyed our experience being there.

Beautiful flowers and trees. The indoor plants were not in great shape that is why I gave 4 stars. Service is friendly.

This is quite an amazing greenhouse/garden center located in the deep southeast of Calgary.It is very large, with a really vast collection of flowers, trees, shrubs, cacti, and all other kinds of plants.They also have a decent assortment of soil, gardening tools, ornaments, trinkets, and decorations.If nothing else, come take a walk through the garden center area. It smells amazing and is very beautiful to browse.

This is our go to garden centre for all things plant related! The staff are always very friendly and the prices are reasonable. There is always someone around who offers to help. Diverse plant selection.

Very nice garden center. Maybe the nicest in Calgary. There is a great selection of plants and trees. They also sell many accessories. Very nice store but definitely more expensive for your plants than others. There is lots of free parking.

I was very happy with the pleasant servers out on the floor. Thank you. However, at the cash, I asked if there were any deals as a result of the numbers of four inch pots I purchased. One young lady said, Every Tuesday we have Seniors' Day and you would get a percentage off. I said to the two young ladies

Update Jan 2021, I've visited 6 more times since my last review, as I am weekly in the area. While the floor staff are helpful (around Christmas and after), I find the ladies at the till, very unfriendly. It doesn't matter what time a day or what day I go, they just seem like they don't want to provide any friendliness to their customers whatsoever. I had talked to the lady manager once too, and I see where they get their training from.Older review: Less selection in between Christmas and spring but to be expected.I was wanting to buy a $130 wind chime (wood special made) but it was hanging up & none in boxes. I couldn’t find anyone to help me out.They have a good selection still but not much for discounted items.I may have stopped later in the day, but most staff was just waiting to leave.I’ve purchased items I really like here. Probably better to go in the morning or daytime. I didn’t feel too welcomed there.It’s convenient on my way home so I stop by. But I’ve been to plenty of other garden centres with more help & advice & friendliness.Convenient location.
