Dr. Markson is a fantastic professional with a wonderful bedside manner, as is her technician Julia. There is a bit of a wait to see her so bring a book or magazine with you.

I have called this clinic multiple times and I have to say- I cannot believe how rude the receptionist is!They should definitely look into getting another receptionist if they wish to have satisfied patients!So disappointing!!

I was contacted by Dr. Markson’s secretary to reschedule an appointment. The secretary was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was blaming me for a miscommunication that occurred between my family doctor’s office and Dr. Markson’s office. She told me that the doctor was waiting for me for half an hour (as I could not make the first appointment because I was out of the country). She was yelling at me through the phone and would not let me explain myself. I had asked where the location was on the phone and the secretary responded with “you have been here before”. Extremely rude and very disappointing for a specialist office where patients wait a long time to get an appointment. This secretary was very condescending, rude, and pretentious. It makes me very uneasy and uncomfortable to go into my appointment.

Recently had an appointment with Dr. Markson, and I highly recommend her. She was a great listener, had great advice, and actually seems genuinely interested in her clients needs. Dr. Markson also made me feel very comfortable since the moment I met her.

Very knowledgeable and attentive. Explains things in a comprehensive manner.Receptionist has agreat sense of humor.

Dr Markson is great!! One of the best I have seen. The front desk help how ever is another story!!! It took 5 weeks to get MRI appointments, after I called to ask why it was taking so long, I got a call 1 day later for my MRI, I also have called to ask for the consolation report to be sent to my attending physician, I got why? Because every specialist I have been to has, and I also keep a copy in my file...I'm on LT disability through work( been off work for 8 months) and I have to keep disability updated on my status, she ranted on to me, about if insurance wants it they can call and ask for it.. I think it's ridiculous!!!! I don't go back to see her till January and I would like to see my report!!!

Dr. Markson is a good doctor. The receptionist however is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Working in the administrative field, it is not how you treat patients. I asked her if my results were back and she yelled at me saying I dont know I just got back from vacation" like you have one freaking job. On the phone if you ask her anything

The secretary is very rude and unpolite. I was late for my appointment and she made me feel like I’m stupid. Very unprofessional behaviour. Dr, Madison and the technologist were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this doctor but beware of the receptionist.

Met this wonderful Doctor for the first time today! Very thorough and takes her time explaining everything. When she talks to you she looks right at you and you know you have her undivided attention. She really cares and will do her best to make things better.
