have been using these guys for years most locations are closed wish they would reopen they do such an amazing job love going there best spa experience I have had and the staff is amazing prices are great affordable ! They used quality products as well did not disappoint at all even after bouncing back from covid I hope they stay in business FOREVER!!! Lone my mani and pedi and NO BUBBLES ON MY PAINT JOB

Experience is great. They fixed my stiff shoulder and it's feeling much more lively now! I would highly recommend this spa. It's small but gets the job done! By the way... Try their facials too! The staff are nice as well and all the face feels relaxed too!

Got the quick spa package which was a body massage, facial, and pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a full body massage. It felt great! I was a bit sore after but felt very loose and relaxed. The massage is not done by RMT though and cannot be claimed. I think it was 30-45mins? The facial was also pleasant and left my face very soft and hydrated. It was with all organic products. No extractions are done. It was about 15mins. The pedicure is why I'm not giving 5 stars. It was a foot soak with scrub and nail polish. The pedicure I got was sloppy and it seemed the lady was in a rush. All in all was a pleasant experience.

I received a gift certificate. The Shellac manicure and pedicure I chose were okay. They wouldn't do the French manicure as the only person who could do it wasn't in and it had to be pre-booked (I was never informed of this). Then my first choices of colours weren't available (the spa and polishes need updating). I had to file my own nails as the person was not understanding that I just wanted a round shape. The prices are a little expensive. I'll likely change this review upon speaking to the owner and receiving a satisfactory resolution. The hotel manager said he would take care of the parking ticket that I received upon leaving, although I did as advised and registered my plate with the spa and was assured by the spa and front desk that this was all that was required. I finally received an email from the owner and I think the customer service could be improved. Also, the Shellac manicure easily peeled off within two weeks of the manicure.

I got a Mani and pedi there last Saturday loved it it was so perfect and neat the prices are great there too I have been using caesars spa for many years was sad to see other locations closed down and after covid it was great to find this spa again at woodbine they also gave me 20% 0ff my bill which was originally $75 plus taxes but it was $67.80 after my 20% 0ff but I gave the I love going there love their TCA PEELS and hots tone massages it's clean and very neat organized they also use fresh and quality products there!!!!!

Prior to COVID restrictions, I would come here with my sister or my cousin(s) or my mom. The services provided, massage and facials, are superb! They also take care of their customers very well. Ending the massages with a warm cup of tea. I’ll definitely start coming back once restrictions ease

Omg I will never go back. I went to the spa for my facial for the first time but as soon as I got there the so called manager at the front desk and the girl cleaning the pedicure area got so upset with me. I had had a long day at work and was so looking forward to the facial. They both got upset with me that I had not given them my cell phone number. When I had called for the appointment I asked if I could come at 3:15 as I finish work at 3:00, I was told to come at 3:30. I got there only to be so disappointed with the way I was treated as I didn't give my cell number. I am unable to pick up calls at work and I was told to give a phone number, she swore she asked me for the cell number. Anyway I will never go back to people who treat me so poorly. If the was a zero for the starts that's what they would have gotten.I asked who the manager was and guess what it was the lady who was shouting at me .....really which idiot hired a manager like that?No wonder the people under her talk the same way.Go there if you want to get abused by people who have no customer service skills what so ever.MJ

Horrible horrible place. I bought two Groupon pkg for me and my daughter for her 16th bday. First off they were 20 min late one lady didn't speak English at all. They put us in the room no blanket to cover us we had to cover ourselves with a towel. We paid for a blueberry soya facial she kept harassing me to use another product I repeatedly told them we can't because we have severe allergies they already started to use it on my daughter then told me they didn't have the product we paid for my daughter started having a severe reaction all over her face ears neck and eyes. Then she started arguing with me . I had to yell at her to leave so we could get dressed. Refused to give our money back. Stay far away from them

Great service and the quality of the products used were premium brands. Ask for Nicole, she gives the best facial, shoulder /head and body massage!

I would not recommend this establishment. Sure, if you just need a quick 'rub down' in a fancy looking place be my guest. Massage did nothing more for me. Didn't target any of my trouble areas, ie stiff shoulders (what was the point then of filling out the form???) and did not go deep enough to treat any sore muscles , from wear and tear of everyday work life! I found a much better place to spend $100 and get to the core of the issue!Happily moved on....
