I was looking to have my engagement ring re-set and was searching for a jeweler I could trust with my expensive diamond stone especially during a pandemic. I happened to come across “Penwarden Fine Jewelry” while searching the internet. On my first visit I was impressed at how professional, kind and attentive the staff were and how beautiful and modern the store was inside. With a few consultations my ring was finally re-set beautifully in a new platinum setting. I am very happy that I found this Gem of a Jewelry Store. All the designs are very unique and the Penwarden Team (Marlene, Rachel and Linda) were especially friendly and helpful! Amazing designs and service! 4.5 stars for sure! I happened upon Penwarden a few years ago when I wanted to remake my engagement ring for my 20th anniversary. I had never wanted a ring but my then future husband insisted so we settled on a small stone in a simple setting. I rarely wore the ring and thought if I could remake it I would feel more comfortable wearing it. As it turned out I didn’t wear the remake either not because I didn’t like the ring (I had many compliments on it), I just came to realize I’m not a ring / jewelry person. So 5 years forward for my 25th anniversary I went back to Penwarden this time to see if we could use the stone to make something I would wear. As I liked the design of the ring the lovely ladies (Marlene and Natasha) suggested we keep the design and make it into a pendant. I loved the idea! When I picked up the pendant it was stunning. However it would not lay flat on my neck with the chosen chain. It kept flipping due to the weight. Penwarden staff worked with me to find a solution. The original pendant was so lovely and while the pendent I ended up with is beautiful I was initially disappointed because I saw the other design first. As it turns out I absolutely love the pendent and wear it every day. I’m so happy to have my original engagement stone with me in a piece I love to wear. I can’t thank the staff at Penwarden enough for the patience, kindness and hand holding. They even went out of their way to deliver the finished product to my house when time was of the essence. I highly recommend them for their original pieces and for any remodelling you might need. No piece is too big or too small. They treat you like you’re special!

The Best Jewellery Store in Toronto. All items are uniquely crafted. Great custom work also. Linda's unique settings and jewellery work are original and just simply stunning. Their customer service is also fantastic. Ask for Marlene - she is so helpful and never pushy. Top notch.

I went to Penwarden to have my grandmother's engagement ring updated with a new diamond. What a pleasant and fun experience. Rachel was very helpful, guiding me along with her knowledge. I had been a bit nervous as I know nothing about jewellery and diamonds but I felt very well looked after. Very happy with the final results also. Thank you!

I had a very good experience at Penwarden Fine Jewellery selecting and customizing an engagement ring for my fiance. The staff were helpful and happy to show me a wide range of options within my budget, including styles that I was not initially considering. What drew me to this business over other jewelers in the City was Linda Penwarden's, designs and craftsmanship. Her signature lotus bezel setting is beautiful and unique and the ring looks beautiful from any viewing angle. This was not the case for many others that I looked at. My fiance adores her ring, and so do I. I had a great experience overall and highly recommend this jeweler.
