Very, very, disappointing business practice. Expressed my interest in seeying a pre-owned bike they had in showroom. When I got there they offered me a warranty package which I refused. Consequently they increased the selling price by C$500. Don't trust the website price. Expect for conditional sales - I sell you at the price listed on the website if you also buy this C$1000 package. Was planning to visit their Montreal store as well but gave up.

I was on a motorcycle trip and they had a bike I had been looking for. I stopped in and they worked hard to have everything out together for me and I was able to ride the new bike on the home leg of our journey. Simon (sales) and Jean Sebastien (finance) we're very flexible and ensured that I was well taken care of. Would buy here again.

Best place is Mont Laurier to buy your toys. No preparation fees like Motoplex which is 1200$. Also, not impress with the fact that we left a message and was not called back, so we bought elsewhere. Very happy with Mont Laurier's stores. Got the best deal ever and veryyy happy with our purchase.

I was interested in a used boat they had there and they wanted a deposit for me to look at it...yes you read that right. They wanted a deposit which they assured me was refundable to look at a boat so they didn't waste their time" if I didn't show up. As you can well imagine

Walked into the dealership yesterday. Met John and Simon. There were great help. They were very honest and transparent with me. Didn't pressurize me at all. Explained and answered all my questions. Walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I ended up getting a motorcycle. The best motorcycle buying experience so far. Highly recommend going there.
